drilled skybolt holes in top cowl and alligned with lower cowl. This is a critical step and required painstaking precision. Using a #1 unibit was the key but needed to go very slowly to prevent oversizing the holes. I did oversize a few but luckily skybolt has a series of SS grommets to account for this possibility.
