Brief Description:	Completed riveting of H-stab.
I finished off riveting the Horizontal stabilizer. Most of this time was actually spent inspecting rivets, and replacing the rejects. I have not rivetied in the rear spar, so that it can be removed for the pre-close inspection My riveting skills are improving, but they are still imperfect. This results in my having to replace about 1 rivet out of 25 or 30 that I set, and I have some spots where I want to touch-up the primer. However, overall, I am happy with the final result.
