Brief Description:	Started HS hinge bracket installation
I marked the center line of the outer hinge brackets and the hinge positions on the HS spar. I went ahead and drilled the outer hinge brackets since they determine the alignment of all the others and I didn't want them to slip. I strung a taught string between the outer brackets and checked the alignments of the other hinge centerlines. I had to add temporary 0.025" shims underneath the outer brackets in order to get the holes to line up.
