I spent more time staring at the RV-4 h-stab splans and the HRII wing plans. I read more about how the h-stab and wings are done. Good thing. I had a completely wrong idea about how to do the wing jig. I'm now close to a finished plan for a jig that should be modifiable to work for the everything (h-stab, v-stab, wings, fuselage).
