Brief Description:	Finished horizontal stab
Completed assembly of right side horizontal stab. Riveted aft spar in place, riveted skin around edges. Had to drill oversize hole in one location and replace 3/32 rivet with 1/8. I'm generally pleased with my work, but there are some areas I need to improve in -- mainly riveting.
