I recieved my replacement cylinder today from Dan Konkle in Michigan. A nice standard bore cylinder. He asked me for $10, but according to his postage it cost him $11 to ship. I thanked him for his generosity... don't forget to send him a photo of the completed engine dankle-at-comcast-dot-net.
