Steps 2-9 Temporarily install fuel tank and fuel neck assembly. Center the fuel neck on the skin fuel opening of the forward turtle deck skin. Once satisfied with the fit, match drill #30 holes in the turtle deck skin. Match drill and install the nut plates holes in the fuel neck.
