aligning the trim tab hinge was a bit of a chore. it's an iterative process until the trailing edges are aligned, then the inboard edge. holding the piano hinges securely in place for drilling was more difficult than i anticipated. i used side clamp clecos and inserted a cleco in each hole as it was drilled.
