match drilled, dimpled, & deburred port elevator. bent elevator tabs at trim tab cutout. bend line wasn't perfectly straight so the called "3/32" minimum gap" will be wider towards on the leading edge side of the trim tab. Purely cosmetic as a straight trailing edge is the important alignment. the bends are started as shown with form blocks and then finished by running a rivet gun set low with a flush mushroom set over the length of the bend line to get a good bend.
