Brief Description:	elevator counterbalance set up
I spent some time assembling the elevators to determine the way the counterbalances fit up. I was unhappy with the fit between the 703, 704 &713. For prepunched parts, the hole alignment was terrible in the skeleton and skins. I disassembled and made some bends. A little better, but still some work there. I drilled the counterbalance weights using plenty of drill lube and a very slow bit speed.
