practiced a bit with the bending brake that i bought at harbor freight tools. i had to grind and polish a radius on the top plate to get a radiused bend on parts to prevent cracking. hft sure makes some cheap tools - both in cost and quality. a nice brake with variable bend radius is needed for critical parts. luckily the kit supplies those. spent some time deburring misc parts previously fit up
