Brief Description:	baggage compartment tie-downs
fabricated 14 tie-downs for the aft and forward baggage compartments. i cut up 2" lengths of -3 piano hinge. i will rivet one side down to the compartment floor. these aren't particularly load bearing, just there to hold things in place. even so, i will rivet these to existing ribs and use backing plates under the floor where there is no rib. still need to clean & prime, then ready for rivetng.
