After shrinking and smoothing the glued edges with 250 deg (and making cutouts for the VOR antenna, skylights, and left rear window), I used a soldering iron to cutout the center of the protrusions for the tail and flap pulleys and right flap fairlead, and heat shrunk to 350 deg.
