I ended up using Van's gasket material to seal the plenum and baffles to the nosebowl; McFarlane's silicone gasket material was too stiff. A silicone seal was fit to the plenum secured with a hose clamp. A new oil access door was needed, as the the previous latch would rub against the plenum. Southco fasteners were used, which have a low profile.
