Polyfiber SuperFill was used to fair the sharp edges of the Avipro nosebowl to a larger diameter round curvature so as to smooth airflow from the upper inlet (check out the upper leading edge of a Piper Cherokee nose bowl). This won't be necessary for later builder's as the Avipro nosebowl (my kit number is 64) now has a different design. Next will be trimming of the intake plenum to match these contours and application of baffle seals .
