Brief Description:	Elevator Install and Cable Tension
I installed the elevators, tail struts and flying wires. I adjusted the stabilizers to zero degrees relative to the fuselage using a digital inclinometer by adjusting the flying wires. I set the elevator cable tension to 18 lbs, and pinned the turnbuckes in place. I set the elevator trim cable tension to 12 lbs. I couldn't find any precise numbers in the Avipro or Bearhawk literature, so I used the similar values used in my Twin Comanche.
