Brief Description:	Trim Tab Cutout
The trim tabs are welded as a unit with the elevators, but need to be cut out in order to function. I started the cuts with a bandsaw and completed them with a cut-off wheel. I closed the open tubes by welding them. I suppose they could be plugged with epoxy, but probably not as reliably.
