Brief Description:	New Main Gear Cutout Seals
I'd previously applied neoprene seals to the main gear, but one had already split. I decided to try low-tech, and to put inner tube rubber on loose, so that it wouldn't be under so much tension. So, this time I cut out the hole, but made the rubber oversize, fit it on loosely, and then trimmed the rubber to fit.
