After forming the skylight panels, I removed them and used them as molds for the plexiglas, after covering them with flannel. I was able to use my wife's oven, but barely. It's a good thing the skylight weren't any larger. It turns out 260 deg was about the right temperature. I tried some sample strips, and any cooler didn't drape on the mold, and any hotter curled the wrong way. After the plexiglas was formed, I cutout the center of the panels and smoothed them.
