After layout, I cut two inner skylight frames from 2024-T3 .032 aluminum. Next, I have to align them with the frame, and drill & cleco them into place, using a shrinker to adjust them as needed to fit the outer panel. After that, I'll form the plexiglas to fit the outer panel. |
