Brief Description:	Assembling rudder
After finishing the vertical stablizer I went back to fabricating the rudder. I had already made the angled cuts on the bottom of the skin but due to the problems bending the rudder horn, progress had stopped. Can't go any further though until I get that *#@$! rudder horn bent to the right angle.
