Labor Day weekend. Time to labor. The replacement right aileron tip rib arrived from Sonex. Spent the day "carefully" fitting this one. It took a lot of bending, shaping, cutting, shaving, etc. to get this thing to fit right. Finally got it right and began drilling. |
