Brief Description:	Finished the Left Flap
Closed up the left flap and attached the hinge. Made sure that I dimpled the skin, countersunk the spat and only drilled the hinge. the spacing of the hinge seems to be critical to the allignment to the trailing edge of the flap to the aileron. We will see when it is time to attach them to the wing.
