Brief Description:	Many small details to finish on Tank.
Completed the inboard rib attach bracket and making it ready for riveting. Made antihang brackets for the 1st bay. Not much to them but very time consuming. Vans plans were sketchy at best. Took a while to get the measurements right for the inspection hole bracket. the side bracket took the longest due to needing to get the 90 degree lengthwise bend just right. Turned out better than I expected. Think I will make the right side brackets while it is fresh in my mind
