Brief Description:	Stabilator Cables
Attached stabilator cables to stabilator as per Step 6, page 32-13. Connected stabilator cables as per Step 3, page 32-14. Had to remove rear carpeting, fuel tank, and access covers to route aft cables and for measuring cable tension. Adjusted stabilator cable tensions to 42 lbs, installed 4 locking clips (2 per barrel), and confirmed full travel of stabilator. Replaced rear access covers, fuel tank, and carpeting. Section 32 completed.
