Brief Description:	Forward spar modification
Today we officially started construction of the vertical stabilizer. Steps 1-5 have you remove an area from the front spar VS-702. Since this is the first part of the airplane, this was one of those "Read the instructions many times" moments. Step 6 is to dimple the parts but it takes a few looks at the instructions to clearly understand which side. Used to terms "formward" and "aft" but "aft face". So, to be safe, I searched the instructions later to see how the stab is mounted and that solidified my understanding. Completed steps 1-7 Lessons Learned: Don't be afraied to read forward in the instructions to fully understand construction.
