I marked the following piecews with a line 1/4 inch all the way around the flange: XNS-T04-06 x 2 XNS-T04-07 x 2 XNS-T08-03 x 3 XNS-T08-04 x 3 XNS-T08-06 x 1 XNS-T08-07 x 1 To do this easily, I clamped a straight edge to my workbench with a 1/4 inch overhange to consistently get a line on each part. I did watch the EAA hints for homebuilders video at http://www.eaavideo.org/video.aspx?v=1873835379 but I wanted to be more precise.
