Brief Description:	Tail struts and disassembly
Insert HS-23 threaded inserts into HS-3 horizontal stabilizer struts and drill 1'16" peep hole 1/2" in from ends (4). Drill 1/8" holes 1-1/8"from ends and1/4" beyond those and secure with straight HM-17 1/8" rivets. In preparation for covering start to disassemble tail components and separate hardware assemblies into labelled zip lock bags.
