Brief Description:	Elevator folding mechanism
Grind out inboard elevator tubes to accept folding elevator hinges HE-50. Spray prime and paint elevator hinge body HB-40. Fit HF-23 tail stop at lower aft end of tail boom. Trial fit hinges HC-105 on outboard trailing edge of horizontal stabilizer and leading outboard edge of elevators using HH-21 (AN3-21A) bolts and metal washers into rivnuts mounted on hor. stabiizer and elevator. Tape into place to adjust HE-50 to hinge line of stabilizer on lefty side.
