Brief Description:	Hor. stabilizers folding mechanism
Remove horizontal stabilizers from vertical stabilizer. Trim leading edges of both horizontal stabilizers and drill ot first two rivets on each side at gusset HG-7. Insert hinge hardware HS-27 on both sides and rivet into place with HM-14L 1/8" rivets. Test fit forward and aft hardware and grind and file tube ends to fold over nut and bolt heads in HB-16 aft brackets. Note, replaced AN4-20A bolt with AN4-17A bolt for better fit on rear stabilizer bracket. See also Dwg. 9.
