Brief Description:	Tail components; stabilizer mounts
Grind out inside of bottom of tail post tube to accept HS-23 tail drag tube. Drill 2 3/16" holes for strut eyebolt on horizontal stabilizer on each side approx. 2-1/2" in from leading and trailing edges. SeeDetail Dwg. 10. See Dwg 9. Assemble rear and front stabilizer mounts using the following parts: Rear: HB-16 brackets (2); HM-3 nylon saddles (2); HH-7 (AN4-20A) bolt and locknut; and HH-10 (AN4-15A) bolts and locknuts (2). Front: HB-16 brackets(2); HH-8 (AN4-16A) bolt and locknut; and HH-10 (AN4-15A) bolts and locknuts (2). Test fit together only handtight, to be removed for fitting folding tail hardware prior to covering. Drill and add a 1/8" rivet to each side of central gusset of vertical brace on vertical stabilizer.
