Brief Description:	Stabilizer gussets, rudder hinges
Drill out HB-18 gussets for later mounting of vertical stabilizer onto tail boom. Mark c/l on along leading edge of rudder. Mark points along c/l 3-1/2, 19, and 41" up from bottom. Chase out 3/16"holes on all 12 HC-14 rudder hinge parts. Assemble hinges with AN3-5 bolts, steel washers and castle nuts. Locate hinge centers and secure into place with worm clamps and drill 3/16" rivet holes into leading edge or rudder (upper and lower 2 holes on each hinge).
