Brief Description:	Vertical stabilizer
Epoxy and rivet HF-110 doubler plates onto boom at forward end of vertical stabilizer and at location of upright brace with HM-14L 1/8" long rivets. Locate c/l on top and bottom of boom. Offset leading edge of stabilizer 1/2" from center to pilot's right and tape into place. Locate HS-4 rear strut bracket 11" forward of trailing edge of tail post tube and rivet into place with 3/16" rivets at tangent points on each side of boom. Rivet upper flanges of bracket to sides of boom (L&R) also with 3'16" rivets. Locate and drill 1/4" bolt hole for forward horizontal stabilizer mounting 1 degree downward from rear mounting, on vertical brace of vertical stabilizer.
