Trim approximately 1/2" of vertical stabilizer post. grease inside of rudder post tube and fit into place. Drill out 1/8" rivet holes into both tail section HF-110 doubler plates. Spray prime and paint HS-4, HB-17 and HB-18 tail brackets.
