File down curve on lower end of HF-96 (2) to fit within bracket HB-16 on bottom of aft side of rear bulkhead. Use AN4-16A bolts, washers and hand tightened locknuts to temporarily secure into place (2 of each). Insert HF-98 into HF-97 to create a double thick walled tube and make flush at one end. Locate c/l of bracket HB-21A (2) 2-3/4" in from flush end. Drill 3/16"hole through bracket and tube, and then rivet the top to the combined tube with 4 1/8" rivets. See Dwg. 4.
