Butt splice 20g black wires to PTT switch wires and snake down inside of forward control stick. Fabricate terminal block mounting bracket and secure to base of control stick with 1/8" long rivets. Secure PTT wires to terminal block. Run PTT wires (black) along floor pan to front of cockpit behind instrument panel. Fabricate mounting bracket for 10-pole terminal block for radio from 3/4 x 1/8" Al flat stock, 2 nylon Adel clamps. Rivet terminal block to bracket with 1/8" long Al rivets.
