Rivet HG-4 gussets on both front door frames. Trim 1/4" off of each sside of instrument panel. Mount front door hinges (L&R) centered vertically and rivet into place with HM-14 1/8" rivets spaced about 1" apart (12 on each side). Further tweak door frames into shape. Temporarily secure door frames to forward hinges (L&R) with rivets on top and bottom of fraame, to be removed later for securing the Lexaan to each frame. Aft doors: Center aft hinges (L&R) on door post HF-91 and secure with 1/8" long rivets spaced about 1" apart (16 on each side).
