Brief Description:	Hard Doors
Clean all aluminum door components. Front Doors: Attach cut ends together wwith HG-4 gussets riveted together with 1/8" short Al rivetss. Tweak fram into shape to fit door openings. Rear Doors: Fabricate hinge jam from 1/2 x 3/4" Al flat stock. Cut each hinge jam to 13-1/2" and smooth with file. Rivet into place on door post leaving clearance for 17" hinge in the center over aft seat support forward mounting bracket. Mount HD-14 hinges on forward front door posts.
