Line up and secure flap handle HC-13A to HC-45 bracket. Position bracket on HC-22TP crossover tube to allow full flap actuation. Drill tube and secure bracket to tube with HH-19 AN3-14A bolt and locknut. Mark HC-12pushrods for trimming. Twist HC-10TP outboard and to align with HC-4TP flap horn.
