Fabricate supports for top and bottom of enlarged panel from 3/4" aluminum angle stock and secure to airframe with HM-16 3//16" rivets. Drill 7/64" mounting holes (10 total) for mounting scres and nuts. Fabricate panel side supports from1-1/2" x 1/2" channel stock. Test fit panel back into place.
