Secure forward control stick in neutral position. Trim excess nylon cable housing on aft elevator control cables. Locate and secure to HC-25 fairleads for upper and lower elevator control cables . Swage cables to HC-97 turnbuckes bolted to elevator bellcrank HC-2TP. Add 2 steel washers to AN3-5 bolts securing turnbuckes to bellcrank.
