Brief Description:	Wing subassemby fabrication, part 1
Inspect lighting system and measure wire from wing tip to control box (24'). Call Kuntzleman Electronics and order engine "hot box". Test assemble leadin and trailing edge strut brackets HB-2A (L&R) with HH-94 (AN4-36A) bolts on leading edge and HH-28 (AN4-25A) on trailing edge, with locknuts and washers. Package parts into hardware assembly bag for later final installation. Fabricate aileron horns HC-6 (L&R) using AN3-5 drilled bolts, washers, HM-12 tangs, castle nuts and cotter pins and set aside in package. Insert wing mounting bolts into fuselage brackets (L&R) as follows: upper leading edge HH-16 (AN4-30A); upper trailing edge HH-4 (AN4-26A); lower strut bracket HH-81 (AN4-17A) and hand tighten with locknuts. Drill and deburr bolt holes on 8 sets of HC-105 hinges and test fit onto wing ailerons and flaps. Package parts for later final assembly using bolts as follows: wing trailing edge HH-97 (AN3-24A); aileron and flap leading edges HH-19(AN3-17A); hinge bodies HH-91 (AN3-14), castle nuts, washers and cotter pins. Fabricate HC-111 (L&R) aileron cabin pulley assembly with 1-1/2" nylon pulleys, nylon washers, brackets and HH-12 (AN3-6) drilled bolts,castle nuts and cotter pins and package for later use.
