Brief Description:	Revise nosewheel, flap controls
Replace undrilled bolt with drilled AN4-16 bolt and castle nut at center of nosewheel bell crank. Install HC-50 rear rudder pedal stops with 1/8 " long rivets. Redrill peep holes 5/16" in from end of nose wheel push rod and refit to crank. Secure with driled bolt and castle nut and cotter pin. Reposition nose wheel crank. Attach HM-12 tangs to rudder horns HC-3 (L&R) with HH-13 (AN3-5) bolts, nylon washers and castle nuts. Install HC-19 mycarta flap rod bearings (L&R) 8-1/2" aft of forward end of HF-25TP tubes, drilling out 3/16" holes and securing with AN3-14A bolts and locknuts (4). Trim and spray paint HC-115 flap handle detent plate to fit beneath aft side of HF-90TP. Install HM-12 tangs (2) onto aileron horn (L&R) with AN3-5 drilled bolts, castle nuts and cotter pins.
