Mount HB-21 brackets on HF-91 (L&R) with 1/8" rivets 16-5//8" down from top. Drill and bolt in forward upper seat back support with HH-11 (AN4-14A) bolts, metal washers and locknuts. Spray prime HG-1A (8) and HG-1B (4) seat support gussets.
