Drill out and remove 1/8" rivets one down from top of forward bulkhead (L&R) and re-bore hole to 3/16" Assemble lower aileron pulleys HC-121 (L&R) with HC-123 spacers and HH-9 (AN3-17A) bolts and locknuts (L&R). Spray prime HF-76 and HF-72 seat panels.
