Brief Description:	Rudder springs and control links
Attach one end of each HC-38 spring to top outboard hole of each rudder pedal and hook forward end into 1/8" holes drilled into lower rails of forward fuselage girder approx 10-3/4" forwar of first vertical brace. Bolt HM-12 tangs (2) to inboard upper holes of HC-1 rudder pedals with HH-13 (AN3-5) bolts, castle nuts and steel and nylon washers. Cotter pin omitted until final assembly. Bolt HC-43 turnbuckles (2) to above referenced tangs using above hardware (except for nylon washers).
