Brief Description:	Debur and Dimple Right Horizontal Stabilizer Skin
Took the right horizontal skin off and removed the plastic over the rivet holes with the hot iron and deburred all of the holes. Next I scuffed over the inside holes with a scotch brite pad and dimpled all but the top 5 inboard holes that will be used later to attach the empennage fairing.
