Brief Description:	Final drilling of left horizontal stabilizer.
Just finished up final drilling all holes in the left horizontal stabilizer. Now I just have to repeat everything for the right horizontal stabilizer. Oh yeah, I still need to drill the outboard most holes on the HS-714 and HS-710 angles but I will wait until I remove the skin at a later time.
