Brief Description:	Riveted Left Elevator Skin
Before I riveted on the left elevator skin I applyed some Right Stuff RTV at the end of the levator stiffeners to hopefully eliminate any vibration that may cause cracks later on. Then I placed E-714 counterbalance weight inside E-713 counterbalance skin with screws partially inserted and inserted the skeleton. After everything was clecoed together I got busy setting rivets.
