Brief Description:	Primed Left Elevator Understructure
I primed the left elevator understructure and counterbalance skin where it gets overlapped by the elevator skin. I also measured the folded tabs on the elevator for rivet holes and drilled #40. After deburring and priming, I dimpled them. I strayed a little from the plans here but I like the cleaner look that the countersunk blind rivets give.
